We are pleased to feature a variety of financial options and resources to make our services straightforward and accessible. We do not do any billing and we kindly ask that you be prepared to pay at the time of service. We currently accept the following forms of payments at our office:
- Cash
- Personal check
- Credit cards
- CareCredit (a third-party financing company that offers low- and no-interest payment plans for qualifying patients)
At Dr. Char and Dr. Mashimo’s office, we accept most dental insurance plans, including non-managed care and PPO programs. We are participating providers for: HDS, HMAA, Delta Dental Service (All States) and United Concordia. We are not currently a part of a care network. Our staff is happy to fill out and submit all the forms for your dental insurance benefits. We are happy to submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company to help you understand how much your insurance will cover. Please keep in mind that insurance companies differ greatly in the types of coverage they provide.
